This week the Tennessee Titans reached out to free agent JaMarcus Russell. If you didn't know, Locker will be out for a few weeks and the Titans need a QB to replace him for the time being. Russell ended up turning down the offer because he is currently going through rehab with his knee. We could see JaMarcus before the end of the season depending on how long his rehab with his knee takes. At least there is some interest in one of the biggest busts in NFL history. Everyone should be given a second chance, and Russell might just get that this season.
